PAYMENT

Registration fee will be ​ZAR 4200. 

Students and postdocs based in South Africa pay a reduced fee of ZAR 2500.

The payment deadline is 1 MAY 2016.

This fee covers (for the participant) lunch from M-F, conference facility fees, the conference dinner supplement, and the group outing.  It does not cover game drives or meal costs for partners.

Payment are to be made via bank transfer (information below).

Please ensure that the full amount reaches our account, in Rands, AFTER any bank fees, exchange fees, etc.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Conference accommodations are at the Protea Hotel Kruger Gate.  Rates are for a Luxury ensuite room including breakfast and dinner and are as follows:

- R 1615 per night for SINGLE

- R 2250 per night for TWO PEOPLE SHARING

Additionally, there is a 1% tourism levy.

To book a room, fill out this form and return it via email to Corné Bam, our conference coordinator.  Please do NOT book directly through the hotel's website.  If you have any special requests regarding the room, please feel free to contact Corné.

Note that partners sharing a room but not attending the conference will not have lunches covered; lunch costs R 195 and must be paid separately to the hotel (e.g. can be billed to your room).  Also, there is a R 120 surcharge for the conference dinner for non-attendees.
